Since 1983 Dan "the Produce Man" has enjoyed an alternative career in media. In the 1980's he was a
"Rock Jock" on KCFM in the bay area and had many other radio shows with several formats over the years, but what ties in here is the marriage of Dan's two passions; Radio & Fresh Produce. From 1998 to 2005 Dan co-hosted "The Produce Pair." A national radio call in talk show touting the enjoyment of fresh fruit and vegetables. Co-hosted by his buddy "Guido the Gardener", The Produce Pair not only took to the airwaves but to the television screen as well.
